the room included a great espresso machine and complimentary water, a welcome addition after our travels. i felt especially cherished when i received a drink voucher for the hotel bar! i loved the cleanliness and the service felt really good throughout my stay.

i noticed the soundproofing wasn't perfect, some street noise filtered in, though i brought earplugs just in case

The location is prime! it's right along one of the canals. So picturesque! the room itself was lovely. I really liked having a canal view.

our shower was blocked, like totally blocked, and it stayed that way for four days of our seven day stay! it was still blocked when we checked out. washing in dirty water is not fun at all.
